WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders ship within 1 business day of processing.
We ship domestically within the USA only, and all packages are sent through USPS.
Please allow an estimated 2–8 days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on USPS transit times and your location.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If your package becomes delayed, lost, or returned during transit, we sincerely apologize — once the package is in USPS’s possession, some factors are outside of our control. However, because shipments are insured, we will send a replacement package with tracking as soon as possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for details on situations where this may apply.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
We do not ship internationally, so you will not incur any customs or import fees.
